A 50% deposit of the total order amount is required prior to commencing work on your order. Upon approval of proofs/samples, the order is committed. Deposits for orders cancelled after commitment are non-refundable.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds but do offer exchanges. Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of delivery, and will only be considered if:

• Items have manufacturer’s defects.items where embroidery design/quality does not meet approved sample standards.
• Items for exchange must be unworn, unused, and unaltered.
• All exchange items must be returned before a replacement or credit is provided.
